RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service\ and multiple local carriers in Canada including Canada Post and UPS.

ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES THAT ARE ASSESSED BY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES MUST BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

Shipping times will vary, as some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart for small package shipping. An email notification will be sent to you when your packages have shipped that includes tracking information.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.

RETURN POLICY

Return is only applicable in case of packaging & handling damage. In such case the you need to raise a complaint at sales@sunyaarran.com

However, since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange POLICY

Exchange is only applicable in case Packaging Damage and you need to apply for complaint at sales@sunyaarran.com with pictures/videos attached at the time of opening and receiving the delivery.

 

Return policy

Return/Refund: All jewellery products are made on order and can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 3 days of delivery. However, since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund.

After sales care/ Repair Policy: We will repair the item(s) depending on the degree of damage to the item(s) as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts. Repair cost will be intimated to you in advance.: The company will undertake repairs free of charge for any Sunyaaran products up to one year from date of purchase for any damage due to defects in workmanship. Natural wear and tear of an item will be billed accordingly and evaluated on a case to case basis.

Exchange:. All sales are final and not eligible for exchange. The exchange validity only extends on sizing for up to a week from the day of purchase. We will issue a credit voucher with lifetime validity against the returned item(s), which can be used for your future purchases. We are always there to help and you can write to us at

CANCELLATIONS

– Due to the unforeseen circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order you could contact the company within 24 hours of confirming the order.

– Contact us through our email on sales@sunyaarran.com No Instagram direct messages (DM) will be considered.

– If you choose to cancel your order post the 24 hour mark, we won’t be able to ensure any refund, as the production for the same would have begun and our artisans begin working tirelessly to help build your order, so that the order is made as quickly as possible and delivered to you.

TRANSIT TIME

Transit time to most countries is usually 3-5 working days, but it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive your package, depending on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible to pay related charges incurred to correct or to return the package to us. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by you will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return the package to us.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and request you to share shipping/tracking details.
After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s) -> a refund or credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 7 (Seven only) business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions: (a.) Original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item(s); (b.) Items must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered; (c.) The Security Tag attached to the merchandise should be intact. It is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item; (d.) Courier / shipping charges, if any, shall be to your account; (e.) Item(s) that has been worn or damaged due to inappropriate use / negligence / attempted repair / failure to follow our product Care Advice, cannot be returned; (f.) Special orders and engraved items are not returnable; and (g.) If free gift was given with the item(s), you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the retail price of the free gift.
